Current Opportunities

Manager, Social Support Services

This new, key management role is vital to developing services to echance the quality of life for our residents in this dynamic organization. You will provide psychological and life adjustment support and education to residents, families and staff during the pre and post admission familiarization period and as needed thereafter.

University degree in Social Work. MSW preferred. Specialized knowledge of Gerontology, behavioural disorders, complex and palliative care. Long term care with 3-5 years previous management experience. Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Multilingual fluency is an asset.

Registered Nurse

Hours: Part-Time/Casual

Qualifications:

-Certified Registered Nurse (ONA)

-Compliance with nursing standards of practice

-Ability to assume nursing responsibilities

-Excellent record of attendance and punctuality, communication and organizational skills

-Ability to supervise and direct staff, analyze data and evaluate results
