Monthly Parking

Online parking registration is available when visiting residents regularly. A monthly parking pass is $15.00 per month / recurring (pre-authorized). “Effective August 1st, 2024, the monthly parking pass will cost $20.00 per month. You will need to contact us to cancel the monthly parking permit which will stop the recurring charges.

Complete the online registration form below and submit your payment. You will receive an email confirmation of the parking receipt. Present a physical or digital copy of this confirmation receipt when you pick up your physical parking pass upon arrival to Shepherd Village at the Reception Desk.

Note: If you cannot register from your own device, we will have an iPad at our front Reception Desk where you can register on-site.
